Session Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in booking a session with Moné! Here are just a few guidelines before booking your hair session.
Please do NOT book a session if you are in a RUSH!
• DEPOSIT: A date and time must be confirmed with either Monè or her assistant within the last 60 minutes before placing a deposit to ensure that the date and time is still available. All appointments are strictly on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. You do not have an appointment without a deposit. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The deposit goes toward your service and will be deducted at the time of your appointment. In the event that you can no longer make your scheduled appointment or paid a deposit without confirming the date and time, the deposit is transferable 1 time for a future appointment. Your one time transferrable deposit is only valid within 90 days. Clients have the option of placing deposits via Paypal or Google Wallet. •CONSULTATIONS: Please be sure to book a consultation if you are unsure of the following:
-Thin edges, Short hair, Alopecia, or unsure of what style best suits you.
•NO CALL/NO SHOW: Automatically forfeits your deposit and will be banned from scheduling a future session with Monè along with being charged the full-service amount.
•LATE: Please do not show up more than 5 minutes early before your appointment time. However, I allow a 10 min grace period for all clients. After 10 min a $20.00 fee will be added to your service. After 30 min we will have to discuss if you need to be rescheduled. This is to ensure that no one runs into someone else's session. I am located in Mcdonough GA, so when booking your appointment please add traffic to your ETA. If in the event that you are on time and I am late starting you I will take $5.00 off of your service myself for me being late.
•CANCELLATIONS: You must cancel/reschedule and or change services within 1 WEEK minimum prior to your appointment time. Any appointment cancellations and/or service changes for garden locs that occur less than a week and within 48-24hrs of your original hair session automatically forfeits your deposit, and you will have to place another deposit to secure your rescheduled appointment time.
•SERVICE CHANGES: All appointments need a 1 week notice minimum for service changes if time allows the day of the appointment. The original service booked cannot be changed after this timeframe has passed.
•PAYING THROUGH PAYPAL: When placing your deposit through Paypal the transaction fee will be included in your deposit total.
•THE DAY OF APPOINTMENT: Due to recent payment verification issues all remaining balance payments the day of service should be paid with CASH ONLY, Please ensure that if any additional guest are to be attending the session alongside you will need approval from Monè 48 hours before your session . No unauthorized guest will be allowed to attend the session to protect not only Monè's craft but to ensure the efficiency of the client's appointment. Your hair must be blown out as straight as possible (ZERO PRODUCTS). An additional $25 fee will be added if your hair needs to be blown out correctly. Please be sure to add a blow dry to your service ahead of time if need be. If your hair is not properly detangled and blow dried prior to your appointment there will be a $25 fee.
